We had Dallin's Birthday party for his friends and cousins today. It was so much fun. We had it at my mom's house and got Julie's waterslide for the kids to play on. We let all the kids play on the playground and in the water for most the time. It was so funny to watch al the kids play so well together.
Dallin got so many great presents! He was kinda on sensory overload. Cade loved watching all the kids run around him! So I got really brave and decided to make Dallin's pirate ship cake by myself. I was nervous but it really wasn't too hard and it turned out so cute so here is a pic....
The kids had been wanting to touch the cake so bad the whole time but we would not let them so when it came time to cut the cake we just let them tear into it. They all gathered around and ate every last pretzel and candy off it then licked all the frosting off everything. It was so funny to watch them all just make a mess together! Good thing they were in their suits and could just run through the water to clean off! Here is the after shot of the shipwreck :)
Here is some of the cute kiddos....Gabe, Oaklee, Dawson, and cutie pie Andi!
Dallin is so lucky to have such good friends and family! Thanks to every one who came and made his birthday so special. Thanks to Julie for letting us use the awesome water slide, it was the hit of the party. And a huge THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to mom and dad for letting us raid your back yard, and for all your help with the party. We love you ALL!!
