MooooooooN LAKE!!

 Moon Lake 2012 did not dissapoint again!!  We had a blast!  It was the longest camping trip we have ever taken as a family.  We were supposed to leave Tuesday night when Trent got home from work but he suprised me and took Tuesday off and we left early Tuesday morning.  We met Grandma and Grandpa Moffett at Provo Canyon and were on our way!  We got there and got all set up and still had the whole day ahead of us.  So the above picture was the first fish caught of the trip.  These two boys were SO proud but not as proud as their Daddy!  They were able to catch so many fish over the course of this trip.  They even cooked and ate them :)  They just kinda liked the taste :)

This boy can NOT get enough outside time.  He was in heaven being able to be out from sun up to sun down!

I loved seeing how big Dallin and Cade have gotten and were able to have a longer leash this year to explore.  They Love their Moon Lake!

Brooks loves water and any chance to get a little wet he will take it.  Even in a freezing cold lake!

Daddy helped the boys find and wittle some nice walking sticks for our hike.  They also made homeade sling shots but I didn't get a picture.  Trent made one for each of the boys and found out how fun their were so he had to make himself one.  The camp gets so filled up with potguts and they were perfect target practice!  The little boys and the big boys spent half the time up there hunting these little critters.  They actually hit a bunch of them with the sling shots but then they brought out the BB gun and it was war!  We all had so much fun watching all the adult men just giggling and getting pretty serious about killing these things, especially after they chewed a hole in grandmas garbage can!

Once again we had a perfect trip at our favorite Moon Lake! I was so glad Trent was able to catch some fish with his boys cuz that was his main goal :)  Can't wait to go next year.
